Steve Mackie: Based in Qatar for over 18 years, Steve has supported more than 200 start‑ups across diverse industries in establishing their footprint within the region. He is the owner and founder of Shourouk Media & Entertainment LLC, a leading platform for creative and commercial innovation.
Jason Stephens: With two decades of experience spanning five continents, Jason has worked within some of the world’s most iconic sporting organisations. He currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at UCFB Wembley, specialising in global sports business and leadership.
Together, Steve and Jason have been curating signature experiences for young professionals entering the sports industry since 2018, combining entrepreneurial insight with international sporting expertise to deliver transformative learning journeys.
